Your Wolf Academy is the brand responsible for enquiries submitted through this website. For a privacy request, open the enquiry form and explain the request in the message field.
Information we collect
When you enquire, we collect your name, country, phone number, email address, selected language, enquiry source, optional partner-introduction interest and the time you submitted the form. If you buy or attend a service, we may also process booking, payment status, attendance and lesson correspondence. Payment providers handle card details; the website enquiry form does not ask for them. Standard hosting logs and security tools may process technical data.
How we use it
We use enquiry details to answer you and discuss academy learning options; booking information to deliver and support a purchased service; and limited technical data to keep the site working and reduce abuse. We use the permission you give in the form for contact. We process purchase information to perform the service agreement and retain records where required by law.
Introducing broker and partner referrals
Your Wolf Academy operates as an introducing broker and affiliate for independent broker or education partners. We may receive a referral fee or other compensation from a partner. Ticking the optional partner-interest box tells us you are open to an introduction; it does not authorize us to send your contact details to an unnamed partner. Before routing your enquiry, we will identify the proposed recipient and ask for your specific permission. A partner handles its own services and personal data under its own terms and privacy notice.
Service providers and external content
Website hosting and database providers process information needed to run the site. Zoom may process technical and participation details when you attend a live lesson. Cloudflare Turnstile may process security-related technical data when enabled on the enquiry form. TradingView charts, CME Group video players and linked publishers may receive technical information when you load or open their content. Their own privacy notices apply.
Storage, transfers and rights
We keep information only while needed to handle your request, deliver services and meet applicable recordkeeping duties. We restrict access to people handling academy enquiries and services. Service providers or partners may operate in other countries; where required, we use appropriate safeguards. Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your information, object to certain uses, and withdraw consent. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful use. You may complain to your local data protection authority.
Your choices
Partner interest is optional and is not required to enquire about academy services. You can withdraw a contact or referral request at any time through the enquiry form. Your language preference, Weekly Lab worksheet and 30-day practice progress are stored in your browser so you can resume on this device. Worksheet notes are not sent to the academy unless you choose to copy them into an enquiry.
